The fruit is first in alcohol to 15% then finish sweet.
The epitome of purity, this sake is more subtle and nuanced than most highly aromatic Junmai Daiginjo. Aromas of white flower and Asian pear followed by clean flavours of honeydew, lemon, and a hint of licorice. Finishes elegantly with rich minerality and rice texture.
Chiebijin Junmai Ginjo is aromatic, fresh juicy & semi fry sake which is Nakano Shuzo’s now famous for. Beautiful aroma such as white peach, fresh strawberry & melon.
This sake uses all local specially selected sake rice and pure underground spring water. Otaka is polished to 60%, which gives a smooth texture and a well-balanced taste.
The Umesu is alcohol-based Ume. A fruit often referred to as the “Japanese plum”. Alc 15%
Hyogo Qubitainer alc 13.5%
The water, coming from melting snow and filtered by Mount Hakkai is what gives Hakkaan. Tokubetsu Junmai has a very special smooth taste and flavour.
